Why I'm doing this

I'm an HR practitioner who builds the systems instead of buying them. I'm also a follower of Jesus, and I want to put those skills to work for the church. If your ministry needs help with HR foundations or a practical tool, I'd love to talk.

This is my gift of time, not a business. There's no charge and no obligation either way.

How I can help

HR foundations

Employee handbooks, policies and procedures, job descriptions, onboarding, and hiring processes. I draft them with you, and you take them to your own legal counsel for approval.

Simple builds

Forms, trackers, small web tools, and process automation. I'm also open to discussing larger projects if time and scope allow, though that takes flexibility on your side.

I take on a limited number of ministries at a time, so timelines run in weeks, not days.

I'm an HR practitioner, not an attorney. Employment law for religious organizations has specific rules and exemptions, so please have counsel review anything I draft.
